| Casablanca, the Museum of the Moroccan Judaism |
| Creation of the Foundation of the Judeo-Moroccan cultural inheritance, this museum presents many objects of everyday life, jewels, worship objects, clothing, furniture, tables and photos testifying to the Jewish presence in Morocco, often dispersed. |
| It is about retracing the life of this community, integral part of the Moroccan culture and history, in particular in places of long urban tradition like Fez or Tetouan. Though the Moroccan Jewish community lost today its quantitative importance, its cultural heritage is, however increasingly recognized by the Moroccans...many Jews with Moroccan origins return there in the pursuit of their family roots. |
