| Dar el Bachaouate was built between 1912 and 1913 by Ben Aïssa Ben Abdkarim el Boukhari pasha of the medina of Meknes. |
Since its creation in 1969, it has been used as a residence for several pashas of the city.
From this date it became the seat of the academy of Andalusian music.
This sumptuous residence reflects the style of Moorish architecture. |
