| 7 km to the south east of Tetouan, This cave was discovered and explored in 1955 by Tarradell. |
The surveys undertaken in this site in 1984 as well as the 1989 and 1994 excavation campaigns showed that this cave was occupied during the pre and proto-historic time.
This cave is especially known for its various occupations which are attached to the old Neolithic era, to the recent Neolithic era, to the Campaniform, to the age of bronze and the Historic period. |
