The colonial power wanted to make of this littoral, an African Small-cross, with its villas, large hotels and luxury establishments; these projects remained in the paperboards, but the Cornice fashion was launched.
Sine the rocky coast makes impossible the adjustment of beaches; it is in the sea water swimming pools that meet the prosperous habitants of Casablanca. Today, the walk on the Cornice is worth especially for its environment, around its terraces and its restaurants. .
